MC Road Train Driver Trainer & Assessor – Dangerous Goods
DM3 Logistics is seeking an experienced MC Road Train Driver Trainer & Assessor – Dangerous Goods based in Kalgoorlie. The role focuses on training, assessing, and mentoring heavy vehicle drivers to ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance within bulk liquid and fuel transport operations.
The position involves conducting driver inductions and competency assessments, delivering training, performing ride-along evaluations, supporting compliance with Chain of Responsibility and fatigue regulations, and maintaining training records. It also plays a key role in incident investigations, SOP development, and promoting a strong safety culture across the business. Applicants need an MC licence, extensive road train experience, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, with dangerous goods and fuel transport experience highly regarded.

As our Logistics Administrator, you’ll be a key support to the Logistics team, reporting directly to the Logistics Manager. You’ll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly supporting compliance, coordinating logistics, and helping ensure both our customers and drivers are set up for success.
