Fleet Controller | Kalgoorlie based or FIFO (8/6 Roster)

The Role
Are you a logistics pro who loves a puzzle? As our Fleet Controller, you’re the strategist who pieces together the logistics puzzle to keep our fleet efficient and our customers happy. Based in our Kalgoorlie hub, you’ll be scheduling loads, overseeing driver fatigue, and working closely with our team to ensure every drop of fuel gets where it needs to go safely and on time.

What you’ll be doing:

· Crafting precision load plans and driver runs.

· Supporting our drivers on the road—keeping an eye on fatigue, safety and compliance.

· Managing the data that keeps us moving (scheduling, demurrage, and operational reporting).

· Collaborating with our DM3 Team to make the magic happen.

What you bring to the table:

· At least 2 years in the game (Logistics/Transport).

· A "Safety First" brain—you know your WA Fatigue and Heavy Vehicle laws.

· Tech-savvy—you aren't afraid of new systems.

· A collaborative attitude (and maybe some BBQ cooking skills for team lunches?).
