DM3 Logistics is seeking a motivated and people-focused HR Officer to join our growing team in Kalgoorlie. Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional who enjoys a broad and hands-on role across recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR administration.
This position is based in Kalgoorlie and is suited to local residents only. Enjoy a great work-life balance with Monday to Friday hours and no weekend or public holiday work required.

Experience within the transport, logistics, mining, or FIFO sectors is advantageous but not essential.
About the Role
As the HR Officer, you will play a key role in supporting our workforce and ensuring our HR processes run smoothly and effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing end-to-end recruitment activities
• Coordinating employee onboarding and company inductions
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Assisting with the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
• Supporting employee engagement and workplace initiatives
• Providing HR advice and administrative support to management
• Assisting with payroll administration as required
• Supporting compliance with employment legislation and company policies
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
• Strong administrative and record-keeping capabilities
• Well-developed computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Sound understanding of Modern Awards, Fair Work legislation, and employment practices
• Minimum two years' experience in a similar HR or recruitment role
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
While not essential, the following will be highly regarded:
• Diploma in Human Resources Management or a related qualification
• Experience using HR Partner software
• Experience with Xero Payroll
• Exposure to FIFO or remote workforce environments
