As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and organised HSE Administrator to join our team at our Kalgoorlie Depot.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic administrator to step into the vital world of Health, Safety, and Environment. Reporting to the HSEQ Supervisor, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure our safety systems are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.

This is a full-time, residential role based in Kalgoorlie, working Monday to Friday. It’s a perfect fit for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and looking to build a career in safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Working as a key support pillar within the HSEQ team, you will:

· Documentation & Records: Maintain the WHS management system including but not limited to, maintaining and updating registers, incident reports and hazard logs with high accuracy. 

· Audit Support: Assist in coordinating regular safety audits and inspections, ensuring all findings are documented and filed correctly.

· Incident Tracking: Help monitor the progress of safety incidents and near-misses, ensuring that reporting and investigations follow the correct administrative workflow.

· Communication & Materials: Help prepare and distribute safety newsletters, Toolbox Talk materials, and safety campaign posters.

· Team Collaboration: Liaise with various departments to ensure HSEQ requirements and project documentation are actioned efficiently.

Emergency Management: Maintain emergency equipment, facilitate drill preparation, assist in maintaining emergency plans and supporting post-incident reviews. 

Your Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for an administrator who is organised, reliable, and ready to learn:

· Experience: Previous experience in an administration or coordination role (safety or transport industry experience is a big plus).

· Education: A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (or a willingness to work towards one) is highly regarded.

· Technical Skills: Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel are essential) and a quick learner with new software.

· Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to record-keeping and data entry.

· Knowledge: An interest in or basic understanding of WHS legislation and transport regulations would be advantageous.
