DM3 Logistics is a proudly WA-owned and operated fuel transport company, and we know our people are the backbone of our success. With continued growth, we’re on the lookout for an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Kalgoorlie-based team.

This is a residential role only – no FIFO or accommodation provided.

Your Role

Are you a transport guru who loves keeping things moving? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same? We’re on the lookout for an Operations Coordinator to help keep our fleet running like a well-oiled machine. In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds operations together—monitoring fatigue, ensuring timesheet accuracy, and keeping everything compliant. You’ll also work closely with Fleet Control to make sure trucks are moving efficiently, deliveries stay on schedule, and depot operations run smoothly.


Your role will include:


·         Making sure drivers have their rosters on time

·         Coordinating travel and accommodation like a pro

·         Keeping an eagle eye on fatigue hours to ensure compliance

·         Checking timesheets and fixing any discrepancies

·         Handling compliance chats when needed

·         Supporting Fleet Control with load plans and tag requests

·         Working with Fleet Control to keep trucks on the move

·         Keeping the depot yard in top shape, including arranging repairs and maintenance


What We’re Looking For

  • At least two years in a similar role – you know the ropes
  • Solid understanding of heavy vehicles and transport gear
  • A natural leader who can keep a team on track
  • Experience with MTDATA, Fuel/Office Companion, and Guardian systems (or a willingness to learn)
  • Working knowledge of WA fatigue management, Chain of Responsibility, and Heavy Vehicle National Law
  • A valid Australian driver’s licence (C class or higher)
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment medical – because safety first!
