About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supporting operational compliances and fatigue management.

You will act as the key point of contact for depot-related operational issues while ensuring accurate record-keeping and seamless communication between drivers and internal teams.

Key Role Focus & Responsibilities:

·         Coordinate and distribute driver schedules.

·         Monitor driver fatigue hours to ensure compliance.

·         Review timesheets and investigate discrepancies.

·         Act as the main point of contact for depot operational issues.

·         Assist Fleet Control with load planning and tag requests.

·         Arrange travel and accommodation bookings for drivers.

·         Conduct discussions with drivers regarding compliance breaches.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

·         Previous experience in transport and logistics (preferred).

·         Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

·         Confident communicator with the ability to manage complex situations.

·         Ability to prioritise and multitask under pressure.

·         Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems. 

·         A genuine commitment to Safety (essential).

·         Good customer service & communication skills (essential).

·         Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.

·         Current C class licence (essential).
