Due to continued growth, we are looking for Tyre Fitter to join our expanding team based in Kalgoorlie.
Location: Kalgoorlie
- Residential role only (No FIFO)
- Operating in our New Workshop from our Kalgoorlie Depot
- Monday – Friday
- 40 hour week, extra hours available if desired!
Key Role Focus & Responsibilities:
The Tyre Fitter's key role focus is to ensure the efficiency and safety of our fleet vehicles while maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment.
Tasks would include, but are not limited to:
- Fitting and managing heavy vehicle tyres within our workshop
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting tyre, wheel, and rim damage and wear
- Removing and fitting tyres on light vehicles, commercial heavy vehicles, and small mobile plants
- Performing wheel alignments
- Operating power and hand tools safely
- Maintaining cleanliness of DM3 fleet vehicles and equipment
- Keeping the workshop and yard organised and tidy
- Assisting the workshop team with task preparations
- Washing trucks using high-pressure washers and appropriate chemicals

Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence (Minimum C class)
- Certificate II in Automotive Mechanical Tyre Fitting (Heavy) or equivalent
- Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working with trucks and trailers
- Dedication to high safety standards within the workshop
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and engagement skills
- Ability to convey information clearly and effectively
- Capability to prioritise conflicting deadlines under pressure
- Collaborative team player with a positive and constructive attitude
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Well-developed computer skills and adaptability to new systems
Desirable but Not Essential:
- High Risk Work License - LF
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role/industry
- Proven expertise in workshop roles
