What We Offer:
Office Administrator
We are seeking an office all-rounder to help our various
departments. While you will have your
own set of responsibilities, you will receive hands-on learning and experience
across all our departments. Reporting
directly to the Director, this role provides essential support to the DM3 Team.
It is a full-time position and is strictly residential in Kalgoorlie.
Role Responsibilities:

Manage ordering of supplies for all departments
·
Organise staff functions
·
Data entry
·
Maintain Registers
·
Assist other departments as requested
o Operations
(eg travel bookings, site inductions, paperwork distribution)
o Workshop
(eg licence renewals, prestart reports)
o HR
(eg key register, uniforms, on-boarding)
o HSSE
(eg reporting, data entry)
o Accounts
(payables, receivables, reporting)
Your Skills & Qualifications:

Drivers Licence
·
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and
Outlook
·
Strong attention to detail and organisational
skills
·
Willingness and ability to learn new systems and
skills
·
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a
team environment
